TERMS & CONDITIONS

 MEMBERSHIP/SQUAD ACCEPTANCE

·       British Gymnastics / Welsh Gymnastics membership is compulsory and is non-refundable.

·       Food is not allowed in the gym at any time. Drinks should be kept by shoes by the wall.

·       No shoes to be worn on the equipment – please leave shoes in changing room or by the gym wall.

·       Gymnasts who have long hair must have their hair tied back prior to their class commencing.

·       Gymnasts must be suitably dressed at all times – leotards, shorts, tshirts (with no zips or buttons).

·       No jewellery, watches, piercings to be worn in the gym – wearing these will invalidate personal insurance.

·       Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

·       Any items left on the premises will be put in the lost property bins; these will be cleared out once a month.

·       All gymnasts must register prior to their class starting. This is a health and safety fire requirement.

·       All gymnasts who participate in sessions must be dropped off and collected promptly from the facility not from the car park.

·       Parents and guardians are not permitted in the gym for safety reasons. 

·       It is your responsibility to inform Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd of any changes in your gymnast’s health and keep the club updated with changes of address and contact numbers.

FEES

·       Fees should be paid before the first session in the block. Gymnasts will not be able to train unless payment has been made.

·       In accepting a place in the club you are agreeing to these terms.

·       Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd does not offer refunds, make up or additional classes which have been missed.

·       Fees are calculated on a half term basis, in line with local schools. Dates are given with membership packets. We reserve the right to change these dates in unforeseen circumstances.

·       If you chose to leave before the end of the block Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd will not refund your fees.

·       In the event of adverse weather or acts of god sessions will not be eligible for refund.

·       In the case of closure by Government or local authority, credit will be given for future classes.

·       Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd aim to keep the cost of classes as low as possible, bad debtors’ cost the club money. However if you have an issue paying please contact the Club Manager who will endeavour to help you.

PRIVACY

·       Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd does not permit the use of videos or cameras in the gym unless authorised by the club. Any person publishing anything on the internet or via social media without the clubs permission will be asked to remove said post. If they refuse they will be asked to leave the club.

·       Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd has the right to exclude anyone from the club for not adhering to the club policies.

·       Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 the club is required to inform you that membership information is held on the clubs computer system for management information only.

Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice. These Terms and Conditions supersede all former ones. Use of Aberystwyth Gymnastics Club Ltd. will constitute the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
